Jane cut her theatrical teeth at The Second City, Steppenwolf Theatre and in many church basements all over the greater Chicagoland area.
She has starred in 26 feature films including THE 40 YEAR OLD VIRGIN, LEMONY SNICKET'S A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS, SLEEPOVER, SURVIVING EDEN, A MIGHTY WIND and BEST IN SHOW. Jane has 5 movies coming out in 2006, TALLADEGA NIGHTS: THE BALLAD OF RICKY BOBBY with Will Ferrell, FIFTY PILLS, EYE OF THE DOLPHIN, the Alan Cumming helmed SUFFERING MAN'S CHARITY and Christopher Guest’s FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION. Currently, Jane is filming SMILEY FACE which will be released in 2007.
Jane has guest starred on over 40 television series including DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES with regular/recurring roles on LOVESPRING, TWO AND A HALF MEN, THE L WORD, WEEDS, CRIMINAL MIND, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT, SEVENTH HEAVEN and JUDGING AMY.
Jane’s creation, Oh Sister, My Sister! had nice runs at the Tamarind Theatre and Bang Theatre garnering the LA Weekly Comedy Ensemble of the Year Award.
