Susan Blakely gained international recognition starring in the ground-breaking mini-series RICH MAN, POOR MAN, for which she won the Best Actress Golden Globe Award and two Emmy nominations. Blakely stars in HATE CRIME, which won two top Best Picture awards at the Sedona Film Festival. Blakely, can also be seen as the star of HUNGRY HEARTS for which she won the Best Actress Award at the California Independent Film Festival (the film also won Best Picture).

Blakely has shared the screen with such superstars as, Paul Newman, Steve McQueen, Fred Astaire, Faye Dunaway, and William Holden in the blockbuster TOWERING INFERNO, Robert Redford and Barbra Streisand in THE WAY WE WERE, Anthony Hopkins in The BUNKER, Nick Nolte in RICH MAN POOR MAN, Walter Matthau in THE INCIDENT and and Sylvester Stallone in three films.

Blakely has broadened her horizons to include designing her new line of semi-precious jewelry, for which has received widespread national media attention. Her pieces are worn by top celebrities including Natasha Henstridge, Dustin Hoffman, Ann-Margret, Jill St. John, Michelle Lee and Joan Van Ark to name a few.

The multi-gifted Blakely brings her love of art and fashion together to fulfill a childhood dream of creating jewelry that is not only beautiful, but makes a statement. “Susie doesn’t follow trends, she sets them. Blakely recently starred in the world premiere of DIVA! at the La Jolla Playhouse, for playwright Howard M. Gould. Blakely is married to media consultant, litigation and political adviser, Steve Jaffe, who has also been a film and television producer. They reside in Beverly Hills.
