
Actor, Producer, Writer of stage, film, and television, Amy Hill gained national attention playing the quirky outspoken grandmother (several decades her senior) on the groundbreaking sitcom ALL-AMERICAN GIRL on ABC.
The daughter of a native Japanese mother and a Finnish-American serviceman father, Hill grew up in rural South Dakota. Traveling to Japan as a teen, Hill attended the Sophia International University in Tokyo and worked part-time in radio and TV. Back in the states, she attended the American Conservatory Theater and became a busy voice-over performer and improviser in the California Bay Area.
Hill became a West Coast stage fixture and amassed over 30 stage credits. Of her award winning one-woman show "Tokyo Bound" was critically acclaimed across the country
Amy has starred and made guest appearances in over 60 television series and on the big-screen her comedic talents earned her scene-stealing turns in 34 feature films including 50 FIRST DATES and THE CAT IN A HAT.
Her voice is recognized by children all over the world as Amy brings animated characters to life on KING OF THE HILL, LILO & STICH: THE SERIES, JACKIE CHAN ADVENTURES, THE PROUD FAMILY, SPIDER-MAN and the Cartoon Network series THE LIFE AND TIMES OF JUNIPER LEE.
