SERIES DESCRIPTION: The exploits of three rookie police officers are followed in this weekly series. Officer Mike Danko (Sam Melville) is a married former marine, Officer Willie Gillis (Michael Ontkean) is a recent college graduate and Officer Terry Webster (Georg Stanford Brown) joined the police as part of a special minority recruitment plan. Their supervisor is Lt. Eddie Riker (Gerald S. O'Loughlin) and Jill Danko (Kate Jackson), Mike's wife, works as a nurse at the local hospital. .
